Testaccio can be reached by crossing Lungotevere in only 15 minutes. These two neighborhoods have a very dynamic nightlife with a huge choice of restaurants and clubs.

Entering the house you are greeted by a large hallway , immediately to the right is the first bedroom, kitchen and first bathroom all overlooking the inner courtyard ,to the right is the second bedroom and living room overlooking Via Ettore Rolli. At the end of the corridor is the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a small balcony also overlooking the inner courtyard.
The apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning system throughout the house
The living room is furnished with two sofa beds, a TV cabinet, coffee table and a table with six chairs. Paintings and lamps complete the living room furniture. The living room is equipped with an air-conditioning system and a ceiling fan.
There are three bedrooms, the first has a double bed, bedside tables, closet and bookcase.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table, closet and bookcase.
The third bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, closet and a console with television. This bedroom has a small balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
All three rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, small electric oven,gas stove, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine (Nespresso), cutlery and crockery for six people and a comfortable table with 2 chairs.
There are two bathrooms, both equipped with walk-in showers and sanitary facilities. They have no bidet, one has no window, and one is en-suite.
