Bournecoast are delighted to offer this two bedroom second floor apartment located in the large Victorian Burlington Mansions. The grandeur of the original structure of this building has been maintained whilst sensitive conversions have resulted in apartments that are equipped with the conveniences of 21st century living. The apartment benefits from a spacious roof terrace where guests can enjoy alfresco dining. Burlington Mansions is in a prime holiday location which is within walking distance of both Boscombe High Street for all amenities, the sandy Blue Flag Boscombe beaches and the Overstrand area with watersports, restaurants and outdoor activities.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
This apartment has two bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a Double Bed and benefits from distant sea glimpses, whilst the second bedroom is a Twin bedroom with Bunk Beds and also has distant sea glimpses.

The property has an open plan lounge/diner with a sofa bed to sleep one or two, further distant sea glimpses and a SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). From the lounge are four steps down to a spacious roof terrace, where holidaymakers will enjoy additional distant sea glimpses.

The kitchen area has an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER.

This accommodation has a bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet.

Burlington Mansions boasts a communal gym inside the building, accessed by a door code, and an outdoor shared BBQ and picnic area for guests to use on a sunny day.

You will find an allocated off road parking space for one car at the rear of the building (please note this space is marked as N).

This property is situated just a short walk away from Boscombe Pier and beachfront, with its Coastal Activity Park, and Boscombe shopping centre is also located within walking distance. Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim.
