Life In PI - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 2nd Floor Condo in Pawleys Plantation

Our 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is within the gated community of Pawleys Plantation, over looking the 10th tee box of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course.

Come and relax on our screened porch while you plan your vacation time which might include a trip to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park or any of the 3 beautiful beaches all within a 20 minute drive. Choose from a great selection of restaurants, shopping, fishing areas and water sports. The seafood capital of SC is also within a 20 minute drive or maybe you'll choose to visit Myrtle Beach or historic Georgetown! We invite you to see all that Pawleys Island has to offer.

Our amenities include dishwasher, microwave, cable, wifi, washer/dryer, central air, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, living room and porch. There is a wet bar off the dining room and an electric fireplace in the living room for chilly evenings.

Our condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a screened porch. In addition there are 2 rocking chairs outside the front door on the plantation style porch for relaxing. The pool is a 3 minute walk and there is a pub for a quick bite to eat just down the block.

Springtime at the Plantation

Beautiful condo. It is very clean. The pictures do not do it justice. It is close to many shops. Quiet neighborhood. Seemless check in and check out . Will come back to stay if in this area again.

Great Pawleys Island getaway

This was a very nice townhouse in a very quiet area. It was clean and well equiped. Perfect for my brother and me and our spouses. The neighbors were very friendly. It was close to everything in Pawleys Island and not far from Myrtle Beach.

It’s beautifully decorated in beach decor, kitchen well stocked with things you need to cook/eat with, comfortable sitting area & nice screened in back porch, nice quiet neighborhood, access to a beautiful pool & about a 10min drive to the beach! We had a wonderful stay! The host allowed us an early check in on short notice. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for 4 adults. We enjoyed the screened in balcony every day. The pass to Huntington State Park and beach chairs made it a wonderful beach vacation.

This condo was !just as described and had everything we needed. The location is central to Pawleys Island and in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was clean and well decorated. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and everyone was comfortable. Will plan to stay here again

Nice condo in Pawleys Island

We found this condo to be nicely decorated and comfortable for our stay in Pawleys Island. The beach chairs, umbrella, and other accessories were a nice bonus! Mary was wonderful to rent from, she’s very responsive to any questions that arise. The Pawleys Island area was so nice to explore & is absolutely beautiful!!

Can’t wait to come back!

This condo was exactly as described and the perfect place for us. We were in Pawleys to visit my cousin and his wife, who live close by. We had a great time with them each day, and it was nice to have a comfortable, quiet place to come back to each evening and for them to be able to come visit us. The condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We’d watch the golfers out the window in the mornings while listening to the birds chirp. Mary was a wonderful host, very responsive to messages if we had a question, and she checked in with us by message to see if there was anything we needed. We hope to be able to come back soon! I highly recommend this property. Thanks Mary!

Five Stars

After spending several vacations in Pawley’s Island, we finally found a property deserving of Five Stars. This property is in a gated community with beautifully landscaped homes and condos built around a Jack Nickolas designed golf course surrounded by oak and pine trees. When entering the community you literally are in another world. If you appreciate privacy and a quiet setting, centrally located, this is it. The condo is within walking distance to the swimming pool, club house and pub. Although the golf course is undergoing a complete renovation during the summer, we were able to take advantage of the driving range. We are definitely looking forward to enjoying the amenities of this golf course once it reopens. The condo is a very well designed split floor plan, spacious for a two bedroom, immaculate, bright and the owners spared no expense in providing everything you need to enjoy a carefree vacation at Pawley’s including beach chairs, an umbrella, pool pass and pass to the Huntington Beach State Park, the latter a definite A+ for us. For the reader, the owners have a variety of books to enjoy. Sleeping comfort is a priority with us. We were not disappointed. The quality bedding and mattresses provided by the owner gave us the most restful sleep we have ever had in a vacation rental. Lastly, the bathrooms were supplied with high quality towels and in case needed, hair dryers. Cleanliness abounds. Five Stars definitely! We are coming back… Isabel & Kynn
