This newly renovated 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom detached bungalow is located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Only a 3-minute drive to the town's main thoroughfare --- Queen street ! A short 2-minute walk to Lake Ontario and Ryerson park and just a 20-minute drive to the world-famous Niagara Falls.

You can walk, bike or drive to any historical sites, and local wineries and restaurants from here!

Addison house is designed for your comfort and convenience.
You'll have full access to the entire home, as well as the private backyard with patio.

Inside, each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized beds with quality linen and beddings, and the shared 4-piece bathroom is fully equipped with shampoo, bath shower, towels, and tissue.

The property also features a cottage-style kitchen where you can prepare a warm breakfast and coffee. Tableware is provided and you'll find everything you need in the kitchen cabinet, including a toaster and coffee maker.

Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi and online TV, and keep comfortable with the included air conditioning. We also provide a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Lovely place in a great location

My mom and I were in town for a wedding and had a great stay here. The cottage was clean, quiet and had all of the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio.

Beautiful location and cottage

The cottage is located in a beautiful part of Niagara on the Lake, close to the historical town, one of the most beautiful in Ontario, and only a few hundred meters to Ontario lake, with beautiful landscape and view of Toronto skyline. The cottage is extremely clean, nicely furnished, and uncluttered. Cindy has been very nice and helpful. We had a great vacation. We'll definitely return.

Adorable & Perfect Location

This home is just adorable. It's the perfect size for 4 people. We brought our bikes and were easily able to bike on the bike trail/shops/restaurants etc. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

Beautiful NOTL

Cindy was an excellent host. Communication was great, and the cottage was very clean, perfect for our stay. We had a little trouble with the lock box, Cindy answered our call immediately, and our problem was solved quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! Cindy was a terrific host and answered a few questions we had in record time. The house was nice and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. The back patio looked nice but just too cold to use it just yet!

Great little house just outside of city center

This little cottage was perfect for our one night stay in NOTL. The house was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The location is great, just west of downtown. Very close to wineries as well. Thank you for a great stay!

Clean, Comfortable and perfect location

This cottage was ideal for 4 old school friends in town for the Shaw Festival. The location was not walkable (at least we didn't walk) but it is such a gorgeous, quiet area that we loved it. The house itself has every detail you could want. It was clean and comfortable, with bottled water and coffee & tea available. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

Very Special Cottage

"My partner and I had a delightful stay at this location for a few nights. The cottage was neat, clean, and the host even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. Additionally, coffee and tea were provided which was a nice touch. The location itself was situated in a charming small community with various housing styles, but the neighbors we encountered on our walks around the neighborhood were friendly and welcoming. The instructions and directions were clear, and everything was easy to use. We would love to come back and stay here again, and this will be the first place we check for availability."

Super clean and spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed this home and was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in over the years of using Vrbo. Super clean and well appointed. Nicely decorated. All the furniture was comfortable. Thoughtful touches like shower products and some staples in the kitchen. We were only 2 women and only one night. But we both felt it would be very nice to come back for longer stay and would be large enough for 4 people. Highly recommend. It’s in a nice quiet area pretty close to old Niagara on the Lake. maybe a little far to walk back and forth all day. It’s only 4 minutes by car. Ideal if you’re on a bike too. We liked the location a lot. Close but away from the tourists.

Fall NotL Stay 2024

My wife and I have visited the region from the United States for many decades because we enjoy the location and the food, wine, cultural offerings, and the Shaw Festival. For much of that time we stayed with one host, but, unfortunately, she died a few years ago and her property is no longer available for short term use. The Addison House is our most recently rented property, and we were very pleased with the unit, the amenities, and the process. Cindy was readily available to answer questions and offer help with any aspect of our time there. The only issue I had with this property, and others recently, concerns the fact that many hosts are switching to streaming services instead of cable. And I understand the reasoning from their perspectives. However, most of the American services do not permit US-based accounts to operate in Canada. So that means that we spent more time reading and listening to music from my computer files. Which also a pleasant way to pass the time.

Quaint cottage just outside of town

The cottage was great! Cindy is excellent to communicate with. It's not huge, has one larger bedroom and a smaller one. A futon in the living room. The bathroom is very nice and the kitchen, while small worked great (for keeping our drinks cold, we never actually used it). It has a nice back porch and patio furniture. It looks like they are about to start some yard work, the outside could use a little tlc, nothing crazy. The inside was emacalate, very clean. For the price we paid I'd say this place exceeded my expectations. About a 20-25 min walk from the center of town. The only thing I can say is outside backyard lights (aside from the few solar lights) would have been nice. Not a huge deal and definitely something we easily did without. Thanks Cindy for a seamless transaction and wonderful stay!

Cute little bungalow close to NOTL

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to NOTL. We did need to drive into town -just a bit too far to walk. There is a little park w/free parking just to walk around the neighborhood, but parking on the streets and public lot all charge a per hour fee for walking/shopping in Queen St. The property was clean, had towels and bed linen. Kitchen was clean had everything we needed (but no blender). Six bottles of water were supplied and that was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet. We spent very little time there, basically just sleeping, but it was lovely.
