Next to this is a well-equipped open kitchen with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a Mokka coffee machine and a fridge with a freezer.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the seafront and harbour, ideal for enjoying sunsets, and Porto Vecchio of Sanremo. Nearby beaches feature numerous beachside restaurants and bars, just 12 minutes on foot. For self-catering, several supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. Guests can also go fishing at Amici Fishing, a 15-minute walk away.

The Statue of Mike Bongiorno, a 7-minute walk away, is a popular tourist spot. The historic old town of Sanremo, La Pigna, is a minute\'s walk and leads to the Giardini Regina Elena. The Museum of Sanremo is a 4-minute walk. Forte di Santa Tecla, Piazzale Pian Nave, and Meridiana Analemmatica are beachside historical sites, just 8 minutes away. For entertainment, Teatro Ariston Sanremo, Pat Academy Sanremo, Auditorium Franco Alfano, and Cinema Teatro Central Jabarin are all within 8-12 minutes.
