Well located, comfortable & clean

The property was spotlessly clean and the beds and furniture comfortable. Lucy who looks after the property made us welcome. The property is well located in the centre of Santana with a small supermarket on the doorstep and a larger Contenente supermarket still walkable. We drove, but the property managers can arrange transfer if you need it. There are plenty of eating places in Santana with the our favourite Serra e Mar just around the corner. Easy to access levada walks on the east/north coast. The property is an apartment within Villa garden with two spacious bedrooms and a large lounge/kitchen. As part of a larger property, peacefulness depends a wee bit on who else is around. Our stay over the week was mostly very peaceful though there were a couple of nights when the neighbouring apt was a bit louder than we might have liked.
