On the 1st floor are the 2 main bedrooms and bathroom, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Private roof terrace with private solarium perfect for enjoying the sun. 2nd floor downstairs is the living room, terrace and fully equipped gas kitchen with enclosed patio converted into a dining room. From the living room there is access to a large terrace with wonderful views of the sea. 3rd floor below the terrace, is the 3rd bedroom with independent access, bathroom en suite and good views of the beach. It has a community pool and garden, with several entrances through which you can walk to Burriana beach. All rooms with conditioned air. Free Wi-Fi and television with foreign channels.
