Nice little holiday home near the beach

The house belongs to a holiday home development. It offers enough space for a family of four. The house is small, but very fully furnished and offers everything you need for a holiday. The bedrooms can be reached via a steep staircase. A beach can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The house is in a small village consisting mainly of holiday homes. There are a few restaurants and a small bar right on the beach. The main beaches are on the other side of the island, but are easy to reach. The house has a private terrace adjacent to the car park of the holiday home development, but offers plenty of privacy. We were very comfortable in the house.

Excellent stay

The only criticism is the steep staircase and not informing us on their website that you had to provide your own bed linen and towels, as it showed on the website that the beds were made up and sheets and towels were washed to 60 degrees. Besides those two problems which were soon remedied by the owner a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Tres calme .Marché tous les jours à pieds.plage à proximité. La maison est tres agreable et décorée avec goût. Il y a tout le necessaire . Tres bon acceuil et hote courtois . Tres contents de notre séjour.

Vakantie in la Brée

We verbleven 3 weken in de vakantiewoning in La Brée les bains. Zalig! Het huis beantwoordt aan al wat je ziet op de foto's. We hebben niks tekort gehad; de keuken is echt goed uitgerust! Slapen in een rustige omgeving en op hele goede matrassen. De eigenaar neemt op correcte wijze contact met je op en vroeg zelfs op het einde van de reis als alles ok was en of we het goed gesteld hadden! We raden dit vakantiehuis zeker aan!

location très propre très bonne équipement . propriétaire sympathique et accueillant . très bien situé au fond d'une impasse parking réservé . plage très proche village au bout de l'ile loin des plus grande ville de l'ile qui nous fait du calme .

Parfaite petite location familiale proche de la mer

Cette location est parfaitement adaptée pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Confortable, propre et très bien équipée, elle se situe au bout d'un lotissement au sein du village de la Bree, loin des "grandes" villes de l'Ile ce qui permet un certain calme et isolement appréciable (surtout hors-saison) tout en étant proche de la plage. Le propriétaire prend soin de ces hôtes et on apprécie les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Bref, une location comme on aime en trouver.

Très belle propriété

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette location. Un peu excentré du centre, seulement à 5 minutes à pieds, mais le grand avantage fut d'être au calme. La propriété est spacieuse et fournit vraiment tout ce que vous avez besoin, un vrai paradis. De plus, le propriétaire nous a très bien reçu et a été avec nous très amical. Pour conclure, nous recommandons vivement sa location.

location agréable

la location était très agréable, le propriétaire également, les prestations à la hauteur de nos attentes sauf concernant le parking commun : on tendait le dos tous les jours pour savoir si on pourrait se garer mais il est vrai que c'est l'une des locations les plus agréables que nous avons fait sur l'ile!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour 2 semaines et nous ne regrettons vraiment pas ! L'appartement est fonctionnel, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin, il est situé dans une impasse, donc au calme, on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Il y a de la place pour garer son véhicule et le tout est à 5 min à pied du centre du village. La mise à disposition de 4 vélos est vraiment très appréciable. Nous conseillerons cette location et la louerons à nouveau sans hésitation.

Excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette semaine à l’ile d’Oléron dans cette petite maison très bien agencée, bien décorée, très propre et au calme, sans oublier l’accueil et la bienveillance des propriétaires. Nous avons également profité de leurs vélos qui nous ont bien servis pour découvrir cette île très sauvage. Nous y reviendrons. Merci pour ces bonnes vacances !

Les quatre vélos mis à disposition nous ont permis de découvrir la région. L aménagement de la terrasse couverte nous a permis de manger presque tous les jours dehors

Ile D'Oléron à voir et revoir

Accueil des propriétaires très très sympathique À l'écoute de leurs locataires et très discrets Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante très agréable beaucoup de sites à visiter Nous pouvons laisser la voiture sur place et faire de grandes randonnées à pied ou en vélo car beaucoup de pistes cyclables Nous reviendrons sûrement sur cette île Et encore merci aux propriétaires Elisabeth et Roland Tanguy

A wonderful stay!

A comfortable and well-equipped property in a lovely quiet location, just a few minutes walk from the shops, market and restaurants of La Brée. Easy access to excellent beaches nearby at La Plaisance and particularly Les Huttes for surfing/body boarding! It was a pleasure to meet the owners on arrival who made us feel most welcome.

Un séjour au calme, tout confort.

Notre séjour sur l'Ile d'Oléron s'est bien passé dans la maison toute équipée de M. Gourcerol, propriétaire attentionné etréactif. La maison est fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. Elle est située dans une résidence calme, à 2 minutes à vélo de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. Propreté impeccable et bien décorée. Située dans lotissement très calme pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité. Plage à 10 mn à pied. Nous recommandons cette location car nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, ils sont à l'écoute et soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. Nous referons ce séjour avec plaisir.
