About this property
Thrift Cottage at Delfryn, Nine Wells, Solva
Thrift Cottage with it's sunny patio which overlooks the large communal lawn then fields and St. Brides Bay in the distance. Is generally a tranquil haven with the sounds of the swallows, and other birds. It is ideally located between the picturesque harbour village of Solva and St Davids with their selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, galleries and boat trips & water sports. Close to the renowned Pembrokeshire Coast Path and all the other beautiful beaches, coves and harbours.
The space
Thrift Cottage is accessed from the courtyard into the tiled ground floor with hall, bathroom, kitchen and dining room with farmhouse table and chairs and a welsh dresser. there is a half landing with door to the patio terrace with outdoor table and chairs, (sun loungers and barbecue are also available). Proceeding up the stairs through the dog guard to the sitting room with sloping beamed ceilings, furnished with a corner sofa and flat screen television, book case and occasional tables. Off the sitting room is the bedroom with a king size bed, bedside tables and a dressing table and hanging space.

In front of the cottage and patio is a large lawned area which is a communal space shared with other guests.
Other things to note
Dogs are happily accepted and it is a fantastic venue for a dogs needs with a large area for them to stretch their legs and a selection of brilliant dog walks on the door step. There is however there is an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay to be paid in cash to the owner on arrival. The dog must be up to date with their worming and flea treatments and there is a dog guard on the stairs as they are prohibited from the upstairs. (Please note the sitting room is upstairs.) Dogs should be on a lead/under control within the grounds of Delfryn. Their waste should be picked up straight away.
