Sunny holiday home with annex where you have a lovely sea view and fantastic sunset. There is a large terrace of 50 square meters plus small flats on all sides of the cabin, so here you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The holidayhouse contains a living room with a view to the sea, a dining room, and a new and well-equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. In the annex there is a bunk bed with a 120 cm wide lower bunk, and here there is also a sofa bed. Great newly renovated bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. The holidayhome has internet and TV with over 50 channels. There is gardenfurniture, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen on the terrace. Board games and outdoor toys for children available inside the cabin. Small glazed terrace, where you can enjoy yourself outside even if it rains a little. The cabin and the annex are located in beautiful nature in an area that can be enjoyed in all seasons, Great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike, including the "Coastal Path". 100 m to the sea and pier, (great crab fishing opportunities). Several beautiful sandy beaches at Dusa and Kålvika. There are many blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms in the area. If you are really lucky, you may experience seeing both hares, roe deer and foxes during your stay. The cottage is centrally located and there are short distances to both Halden with its beautiful Fredriksten fortress and a shopping trip to Sweden. There is a climbing park about 10 km away and in Sarpsborg there is a superland with both a play park and a water park. Not rented out to youth groups.
