The Marvelouse Beach House!

You can rent this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, fully furnished house weekly Saturday to Saturday during peek season of July and August. Off season months are from September through June which can be rented for any amount of time. It is located at 1610 Main St Sylvan Beach NY WHICH IS JUST STEPS AWAY from your beach paradise. Amenities include central air, fully well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range, refrigerator, washer, drier, high chair, pack in play, flat screen TVs in living room-bedrooms, air mattresses, roll away bed, wifi,dvd player, cable, outdoor patio set, propane fire pit with chairs, propane grill, some beach chairs, floats, beach umbrella, pop up cover tent, beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, hand soaps, one roll of paper towels, napkins, and toiletries.

Absolutely no playing basketball after 10pm, loud music anytime, and please be courteous as the close neighbors are also trying to enjoy their summer.

Excellent vacation home!

Beautiful location in Sylvan Beach just steps from the lake. Great sunsets! . Kitchen well equipped. It was great to have 2.5 bathrooms. Owners were wonderful to communicate with. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!!

This was a very nice venue but the pictures were not accurate. It showed a bedroom with bunks and instead it had a full bed. There was a picture showing a recliner in the living room, which would have been helpful for leg elevation. The location was awesome and the managers were very helpful.

"Girls Weekend"

This is a great place, so close to the Beach/Town. The place is so nice for 6/7 people. Dollar General across the street :) Loved the place, loved our stay!

Weekend Getaway

The house was beautifully maintained. This is a nice home. The village of Sylvan is quaint and very nice with many restaurants and places to go. The casino is a 10-15 min ride away . I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice clean well maintained vacation home. Thank you to the owners who answered all my questions quickly and suggested a place for dinner. Happy place

House was great and owners responded right away to any questions. We wished we had brought a stroller but after looking in the shed, there one was. House had everything you needed for a family vacation. We wished we could have stayed the week and it was summer. We did think the house was right on the beach according to listing, but we were only there for a Saturday wedding. Highly recommend.

So Wonderful!

I stayed here with a few friends for a couple days and it was amazing! The house was so nice/clean and so close to restaurants, the lake, a casino, etc. The owners were also extremely friendly and answered any questions we had during the trip so quickly. Would definitely stay here again during the summer time when more is open!!

Marvelous stay

It was a great property for a family get together. We enjoyed the walk along the beach. It was a great time to get together for my son's wedding. I would to love to see in this place in the summertime. The people around there were warm and welcoming.

Amazing place

This place is amazing , the owners are really nice , it’s a couple of steps from the beach and there’s a lot of good restaurants around the area. Unfortunately due to covid-19 a lot of them close early but me and my friends found a place called harpoon eddies which closed late and was right by the beach . I definitely would come back !
