Great place to stay

We loved this unit however some things were falling apart such as the front door trim and the fridge stopped working on our last night which caused all the ice to melt. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back!

Fall Break in Rocky Point

The overall layout was very nice, furniture in great condition, all King size beds great, patio furniture was plenty, all appliances worked great, needs work on guest shower water pressure barely trickling, other two bathrooms were excellent, great washer and dryer, some of the cooking utensils and pans could be replaced (they have seen better days lol). Overall very pleasant, no real complaints by any imagination.

Very nice condo

Beds were comfy! Love the margarita bar area. Water pressure in a few of the bathrooms needs to be increased. Will definitely stay here again. 3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms is a must for a big family stay!

The view was amazing from this property- fridge made loud noises and pillows were uncomfortable but other than that we had a great time!!! And would stay again.

Very clean place. Didn't supply a dryer and forgot to bring beach towels and the front desk charge $ per day per towel.

Friends getting back together for a fun weekend after covid

Property far exceeded our expectations. It was difficult finding a property to that sleeps 4 separately. As four adult men in their 30's sharing beds wasn't really something we were interested in. Three awesome beds and a giant couch with pull out beds worked perfectly. Just make sure you read before you book to make sure there's no surprises, ie bring your own beach towels.

Great spot at Sonoran Sun

This condo was fully equipped for a big family and has fantastic views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, and all rooms had everything you need. The one issue is the loud fridge. It makes a horrible knocking sound at all hours of the day. We had sound machines in each room to avoid the sound or it would have woken us up in the middle of the night.

Took the family to celebrate our last sons 21st birthday. Overall everything was great. The condo is beautiful. Roomy has lots of amenities & very comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but the water pressure was very low and unable to get the master shower going especially if someone else within the same condo was showering. There were a total of 7 adults, in the 3bedroom 3bath. Since it was a short trip and it was Saturday evening . I decided not to call it in since we were leaving early Sunday. I will however mention, I messaged the property manager late Friday night as we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly, they were prompt to get out to us first thing in the morning to check on it. In all, everything about Laura I will be back for sure.

Fantastic!

My husband and five kids (ages 4-18) spent 4 Days/nights over spring break. Best vacation ever for hanging out together! ( And we vacation every year.) The condo and resort were beautifully kept and very family friendly. The condo has a very spacious layout and the bedrooms/baths are separated enough to give everyone their own space. The kitchen and bar were stocked nicely with plates, utensils, and appliances. I slept on the balcony lounge chair one night because it was just perfect under the stars and ocean breeze. Lots beach activities to do and near by excursions. It was March, so the ocean was chilly and 2/3rds of the pools were not heated. However, the third pool and large family hot tub were heated and were not overly crowded and connected to the pool bar and grill. We still enjoyed paddle boarding, jet skiing, and banana boat rides despite the cool water temps. Our daytime temps were 70-80. We were unprepared to pay American cash for everything and there is a hefty fee on the money machine for dollars. I recommend bringing American cash with you.

Great Space

The unit was amazing and just as advertised. Bedrooms were all a good size with each having their own bathroom. Living room was very open and spacious. Patio was nice as well. Highly recommend!

fun Rocky Point bike rally 2018 with friends from California, AZ and NV

The condo was wonderfully put together, great for adult couples to enjoy and the views absolutely beautiful. The property security was a bit strict. We were having such a great time enjoying each others company with laughter on balcony and we were told to keep quiet at 9pm. It may have been a neighbor complaining but this was a biker event weekend and we were just having some laughs. Great condo but have to keep in mind who is renting/staying next to you may have a problem with fun.
