The living area has a sofa, dining table, chairs, and a Smart TV. Fiber WiFi is available throughout.

The entrance is on the ground floor, where the kitchen, open-plan living room and half toilet are located.

All windows are fitted with double-glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room.
