With 56 m² of living space and another 44 m2 of attic terrace, the flat is distributed in an open plan kitchen open to the living room with air conditioning, a sofa bed for one person, and a dining area with beautiful views of the Peñon de Ifach. A complete bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning. In the dining area, we find a spiral staircase that leads to the attic terrace, where we find a beautiful terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing, a plancha for cooking and a small sink. The terrace has beautiful 360º views of the sea, the Peñon de Ifach and the town of Calpe, from where you can dine and enjoy unforgettable moments with the family.

The flat has an unassigned parking space in the building and a communal swimming pool (check opening hours and seasons).
