Quinta dos Ciprestes is a private home set in three acres of woodland with old pines, olives, carobs and fig trees. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms with a mix of baths and showers. It is set up as a three bedroom main house with a two bedroom self contained annexe with its own independent kitchen and living / dining room. Quinta dos Ciprestes is new to the rental market this year (summer 2024) and sits on a hill which gives it wonderful sea views to the south and the Monchique mountains to the north. The villa is only a 10 minute stroll into Carvoeiro.
Quinta dos Ciprestes is an old slow house with a few quirks and buckets of character but is a fabulous space to switch off and is a homage to outside living in The Algarve.
There is a large 12m x 8m heated swimming pool, tennis court, trampoline and multiple outside eating areas and a barbecue. The house is based on an old hacienda design on a single level surrounding a courtyard. It is perfect for multiple families, is super kid friendly and has buckets of space.
The bedrooms and living rooms are all equipped with a dual air conditioning / heating unit. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans. There is fibre optic Wi-Fi, smart TV's and cable TV including some international channels. Cots and high chairs are available upon request.
Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays, with many options for international restaurants, cafes and dining experiences. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous, water sports, golf, scuba diving, jeep safaris, go-karting, fishing, dolphin watching, cliff walking and wine tasting tours are just a few more of the activities you can avail yourself with.
