The communication with the host was very poor. After booking for three days I was expecting more information from the host such as apartment room number but no information, it only mentioned book in at 4pm and book out by 11:00am. On the actual day, i arrive few minutes after 4pm and did not know which apartment number I was going to. I wrote to the host, I got no reply from the host until 11:00pm when I had already booked another place to stay and I was with family.
I ended up not using the apartment I paid for. I am very disappointed with this host and definitely not recommend anyone. I will like to be reimbursed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location
In need of improvement
The good things first: Host did his best to solve problems with electricity at the beginning and was nice! The flat is 15 min. walk from tube station elephant and castle away, which is great to get in the city center. The bedrooms were nice and clean and we liked the style of furniture.
What we disliked:The flat is in a big house - some of the flats are private owned and other are social housing and there was always garbage in front of the house (collection was also every day). The neighborhood is strange. The more you get to elephant and castle the better it becomes. The kitchen was very dirty. The fridge was not cleaned and old oil was dropping from the extractor hood (the whole extractor hood was very dirty). The drawers in the kitchen were also not clean. The windows were very dirty, but we realised that they cannot be opened. The bath room was clean but there is no propper shower in the bath tube. Always when we lifted the shower there was only cold water. We also needed every day some minutes to lock and unlock the door of the flat.
Recommendation: If the kitchen would be cleaned properly and there would be a real shower in the bath tube and all broken things (like f.e. the coat hooks) would be fixed it would be a nice flat, but for us the location of the flat remains difficult.
