Luxury 3 bedroom barn conversion with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a small herd of Alpacas, with 3 baby Alpacas born in summer 2024. The property is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.

The property is split over 2 floors and comprises an open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and amazing glass fronted gable offering stunning views of Inverness and surrounding countryside. The living area has a smart TV and bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, Samsung appliances (Oven, Venting Induction Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher andfridge/freezer).

On the first floor, the master bedroom features a superking size bed with built in wardrobes and dressing table. And also features a smart TV.The master ensuite has a freestanding bath and separate large rainfall shower.There is also a mezzanine/snug seating area which offers great views.
Bedroom 2 at the rear of the property has a bi-fold door out to the juliet balcony. It has a king side bed with a built in wardrobe anddressing table and also features a smart TV. The adjoining en-suite shower room is fully tiled with a rainfall shower.
On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with directaccess to the outside, with a superking size bed which can be split into 2 single beds. This bedroom benefits from a smart TV. The adjoining en-suite shower room is fully tiled with a rainfall shower.
Outside there is a wrap-around patio area with private hot tub equipped with feature lighting and bluetooth speaker system. There is also an outdoor dining table.
