Cozy and well-planned cottage of 72 sqm with a 17 sqm glassveranda. The accommodation offers 5 beds.
Only 500 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches in Åhus, a pool area, and within walking distance to the harbor with restaurants, bars, and ice cream kiosks.
The cottage has two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a pull-out lower bed. A maximum of 7 people is allowed, but the 6th and 7th persons will have to sleep on floor mattresses.
The large living room offers a dining area for 8 people and a 55-inch smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. No dishwasher. There is a freezer and washing machine in a separate shed 2 meters from the main entrance.

The property is 1100 m2 and also has a 29 square meter guest cottage with 4 beds that is rented separately.
