The property is part of an agritourism located in a secluded and relaxing area in the countryside near the town of Montaione, a place of ancient origins in the "Valdelsa" region, immersed in the typical landscape of the Chianti countryside dotted with ancient villages, farms, and old rural houses.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the characteristic stone building (there are a total of 6 units for rent) with ceilings with beams and terracotta tiles. It is furnished in a simple and informal "Tuscan" style and is divided as follows:
independent entrance to a large living area (TV) with sofa bed, dining area with equipped kitchen (oven with gas burners, fridge with freezer, kettle, American coffee machine, toaster), hallway, bathroom with shower and facilities for disabled guests, double bedroom with direct access to the outside and "en suite" bathroom (shower + facilities).
Safe, heating, air conditioning, WiFi internet connection, fans, baby bed, and high chair are available upon request.

Near the entrance, there is a reserved equipped area with table and chairs, a barbecue area with masonry BBQ, and in the large garden in front of the building, about 60 meters away, there is the beautiful in-ground swimming pool completely fenced for shared use (it is mandatory to supervise children) measuring 12 x 6 meters and a depth of 1.20 meters.

Laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment shared among guests, uncovered parking inside the property. The last 600 meters to reach the property are on a gravel road in good condition.
