The Old Cottage, Aberporth

The Old Cottage is a sweet and charming property on a smallholding in Beulah. Surrounded by stunning woodland, creating wonderful countryside views from the garden and private hot tub. This cottage is a fantastic place for birdwatchers, ramblers or for anyone looking to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings. There are many animals on the smallholding, including friendly dogs, chickens, ducks, geese and ponies.


Beulah is a small village in the heart of Ceredigion with endless walks from your doorstep. Cenarth Falls is only a short drive from The Old Cottage and is a well-loved attraction in West Wales. It is a series of small waterfalls and pools on the river Teifi, with fantastic scenic walks throughout.


The cottage is wonderfully positioned halfway between the market town of Newcastle Emlyn and the seaside village of Aberporth on Cardigan Bay. Aberporth is a beautiful seaside village in the heart of Ceredigion. With lovely two sandy beaches with rock pools exposed at low tide to explore, as well as many independent cafes, pubs and seafront restaurants. Explore the Ceredigion coast path along to Tresaith and find yourself at a great vantage point to look out for dolphins close to the Cardigan Bay shore.


Newcastle Emlyn is nestled within the stunningly beautiful Teifi Valley. This market town offers a wide array of independent shops, arts and crafts and antique centres. The Old Cottage provides an excellent base for exploring all the area has to offer.


ACCOMMODATION
The Old Cottage sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single and a set of bunk beds
Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, 2 bedside tables, electric blanket
Bedroom 2: single bed, bunk beds, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, bedside lamp, electric blankets
Bathroom: shower, toilet, hand basin
Sitting/dining area: 3-seater sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, gas fire, dining table and fold-up chairs for 6
Kitchen: electric cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer


OUTSIDE
There is a private hot tub. Enclosed garden with raised pond. Outdoor seating, table and a small BB. There is a large deep duck pond and a stream running around the smallholding. Please ensure children are supervised. The cottage is opposite the farmhouse but isn't overlooked. There is a games room with a pool table, darts, TV, board games, DVD collection, library, croquet, kettle, microwave, gas fire, shower room and toilet. There is ample off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
