The kitchen is equipped with all necessary comforts and appliances: a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, a large column refrigerator, and a four-burner stove. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower.
Taking the internal staircase of 15 steps, you reach the sleeping area, which includes two beautiful double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, and another bathroom with a shower.

Located in the hamlet of Camucia, it is just a few kilometers from Cortona, making it perfectly positioned between the two towns.
