Το διαμέρισμά μας βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, στην Κυψέλη . Είναι φωτεινό, άνετο, ανακαινισμένο και καλά εξοπλισμένο, Έχει μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια, άνετο χώρο υποδοχής , τραπεζαρία , μεγάλη κουζίνα. Όλοι οι χώροι του έχουν έξοδο σε μεγάλη βεράντα και μπαλκόνι. Η βεράντα προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης μετά από μια μέρα εξερεύνησης της πόλης. Αν δεν θέλεις να μείνεις σπίτι στα 2' λεπτά βρίσκεσαι σε έναν από τους πιο γοητευτικούς πεζοδρόμους της πόλης, γεμάτο με ωραία μαγαζιά. Η Κυψέλη αποτελεί τον ορισμό της μητροπολιτικής γειτονιάς. Το' 1930 εγκαταστάθηκαν εδώ αστοί . Μερικές δεκαετίες αργότερα ήρθαν και οι πρώτοι μετανάστες , με αρκετά κύματα να ακολουθούν από εκεί κι έπειτα. Πέρασε μια φάση υποβάθμισης, αλλά τα τελευταία χρόνια, πήρε και πάλι τα πάνω της, συστήνοντας ένα ανανεωμένο πρόσωπο στους κατοίκους της, που την ανακαλύπτουν και την αγαπούν από την αρχή.
