The ground floor also features a double bedroom and a snug, offering additional space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find two light-filled bedrooms, one king-size and one double, serviced by a spacious shower room. Step outside to the expansive open garden with a lush lawn and patio area.

For those who like to get back to nature, In cleborough Hill (0.5 miles), Beeston Bump (3 miles), and Sheringham Park (3.5 miles) offer picturesque hiking trails, including segments of Peddar’s Way. History buffs will enjoy a day out at Felbrigg Hall (2.5 miles) or the charming town of Sheringham (4 miles), renowned for its nostalgic "Poppy" steam train line to Holt.
