The Space:
This cozy apartment is thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and functionality. The living area features a comfortable 160 cm sleeper sofa and a dining table that seats four. Large windows provide a lovely view of Rue des Archives, allowing you to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the Marais.

The bedroom offers a 160 cm bed and a television, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Ample storage space is available with a huge closet that includes hanging space for clothing and storage for extra kitchen appliances and useful items.

BED:

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a 160 cm bed, and the living area includes a very comfortable 160 cm sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a small Ikea fridge, a 2-burner stove, an espresso machine, a kettle, a microwave, and a small portable oven. All white dishes, utensils, cookware, and glasses are provided. A dishwasher is also available for your convenience.

BATHROOM:

The bathroom features a shower with both a handheld and a large rainfall-style showerhead, a washer dryer combo, and a heater. While there is no extraction fan, there is a window in the shower to provide ventilation. Towels are provided for your stay.

TELECOMMUNICATION:

The apartment is equipped with WiFi, and there are two televisions—one in the living area and one in the bedroom—ensuring you stay connected and entertained.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the 1st FLOOR (1 flight of stairs) WITH A ELEVATOR.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Marais, on Rue des Archives, this apartment offers easy access to a variety of wonderful neighborhoods. Les Grands Boulevards to the north is trendy and thriving, Opera to the west features the charming rue Sainte Anne and its 'mini-Japan', and Les Halles to the south provides a bustling shopping and dining scene. The Marais itself is known for its historic charm, vibrant nightlife, and eclectic mix of boutiques, cafes, and galleries.

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located near several metro stations.

1. (Line 11) - Closest to the northern part of Rue des Archives.
2. Hôtel de Ville (Lines 1 and 11) - Close to the central and southern parts of Rue des Archives.
3. Saint-Paul (Line 1) - Near the southern end of Rue des Archives.
4. Arts et Métiers (Lines 3 and 11) - A bit further north but still within walking distance.

These stations provide easy access to various parts of Paris.

Please note that unlike most of our other apartments, this is the home to the owner and there will be personal items present. However, plenty of room will be made for guest storage and you will have the use of many additional items to enhance your stay.
