Stunning luxurious villa with indoor heated pool in Primosten, Sibenik is a part of a unique villa complex consisting of seven luxurious villas. Located just 2 km from the beautiful town of Primosten and only 30 meters from the sea and the private beach, it is ideal for a true Dalmatian vacation.

Primosten is a charming town hidden among the pine trees and surrounded with crystal clear sea. It is well recognised for its authentic stone houses, maintained vineyards and old churches.

If you want to completely unwind under the sun, you can do that on a private beach just few steps below the villa or at the large infinity pool with bar at the entrance of the complex, available for all the guests.

The Space:
The Villa is spread over three floors and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, indoor pool, sauna with shower, access to the private beach and it can accommodate 6 guests.

The ground floor of the villa features a well equipped modern kitchen, an open plan dinning and living area with flat screen TV. Villa’s interior is designed in contemporary style with lots of details and it’s full of light.

On the lower floor there is an indoor pool (16 square meters), sauna with shower and direct access to the sunny terrace and the nature around.
The first floor features 3 en suite bedrooms. Each room is equipped with LCD TV and has floor – to – ceiling windows that let in abundance of natural light and emphasize the wonderful view.

The Villa has Wi-Fi Internet access, video intercom and it is fully air conditioned. There is also a private parking for two cars at the guest’s disposal.
