Come and relax with friends and family in this very relaxing 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Lake Havasu home. House that features 1825 square-feet of living space and sleeping accommodations for 12. With a private heated swimming pool and an abundance of other amenities, this house is equipped with everything you need for the perfect lake vacation. We do not allow animals of an kind ( severe allergies) so please don't ask if we would reconsider. Located only a short distance from the water and numerous outdoor activities, you won’t need to travel far to explore all the area has to offer! Not only is it a great summer lake house, snowbirds love the winters relaxing in the large patio with the lake view, listening to the birds and other sounds of nature and the sunsets are amazing! Amazing lake view! You won't be disappointed! Great location!

Nice neighborhood, good out door area.

Rented for 30 days. Property and neighborhood is good and safe. I am a neat freak so not terrible but short of my expectations. Probably ok for many. The host was responsive and addressed issues I reported. I choose to just take care of other things on my own. This property is great for families with the 4 bedrooms and the pool.

Havasu Goers Perfect Stay

This home was exactly how it is pictured. Very clean, very beautiful and very fun! I have been coming to Havasu atleast once a year for the past 5+ yrs and this is definitely one of my top stays! Communication with the host when needed was easy and reliable and we definitely will be booking here again. Thank you so much for a memorable trip!

Havasu Oasis

This property was amazing. The view from the kitchen window and back patio is absolutely beautiful especially the sunset. We loved the layout of the house and it was equipped with everything you need from sleeping arrangements to entertainment to having the kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. Pool are was a great hangout spot.

Lake Havasu vacation

This home was wonderful. It definitely filled all our needs. The owners are great people. Any problems they addressed right away. We ably had one problem and it was with the pool. They responded right away and it was ready to go. We’d definitely stay here again!!!!

Great house, fun times.

Shawn is really communicative and responsive. No major problems while we were there. The backyard is a great space, and the AC was nice and cold. Living room is comfortable with a nice TV, and there are plenty of beds and extra covers. This house is great even if you just want to spend your trip indoors or in the backyard. The shutters allow you to make the place really dark so sleeping in is not a problem. Plenty of parking.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time here. We had communication with the property owner the entire time. He was even kind enough to check in to see if we were still having a good time. Our children loved the pool table and the pool. I absolutely loved that the pool was gated off very safe for the little ones we had. Overall will look forward to booking here again next time we want to come back.

Holiday Family Getaway

This home is clean and well taken care of. Our family of 6 (adult/teen children) had a great stay! We loved the pool table and appreciated all the games provided. The pool was nice and we wish we could have used it more, but the weather didn't cooperate. Lounging deck furniture was perfect though! There was great communication with the host when we had questions, even over the holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

Host Notes

Really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was in great shape and conveniently located. The hosts had a book on local attractions and how to operate the TVs, Wifi and other appliances. The book was a nice touch, but needs updating as a few of the things in the book contradict each other since they were between internet companies and the wifi password was wrong and some TV remotes we no longer needed.
