Thornfield in Windmill, County Durham sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Thornfield is a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, and microwave, a dining room with dining seating for six, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio, gravelled area, and furniture, and private driveway parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop in 2.4 miles and a pub in 2.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Thornfield is a wonderful escape to County Durham, whatever time of year. Note: Please contact us or the property owner in advance of your stay if you would like the wood-fired hot tub to be lit for your arrival.
