Sofort wieder abgereist!

Umgebung ganz nett. Unterkunft ist eine Katastrophe. Überblick über die Mängel: - Erheblicher Schimmelbefall im Schlafzimmer - Das Haus hat einen sehr stark feucht/muffigen Geruch, besonders die Polstermöbel. - Angegeben war ein Kingsize Bett. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um ein 140x200 Bett. Die Matratze ist stark durchgelegen. - Kaputtes Rollo (Aufhängung war abgerissen), dadurch keine Abdunklung möglich - Keinerlei Mückenschutz bei offenkundigen starken Mückenvorkommen - Sehr viel Sperrmüll auf dem Grundstück DanCenter hat ein Reinigungsteam geschickt, welches oberflächlich über den Schimmel gewischt hat und uns bestätigt hat, dass das Haus nicht zumutbar ist. Danach sind wir nach nur 20 Stunden in der Unterkunft abgereist. Jetzt werden wir vom Kundenservice ignoriert. Sehr schade! Wir hatten für eine ganze Woche gebucht und mehr Zeit mit der An- und Abreise als im Urlaub verbracht. Und sehr viel Geld verloren.
