Villa JoJo is a stunning 3 bedroom villa with a large outside area and full size pool with walk-in Roman steps, located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan.

The villa is set over 3 floors and has the added benefit of being gated with off-road parking. All bedrooms are en-suite and all have access to a balcony to savour the superb Mediterranean views of Kalkan Bay and the Islands.

The villa has some wonderful modern features inside, and comfortable seating areas outside, and is a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and we provide free WiFi.

Ground Floor
Inside Villa JoJo, it is spacious and open plan with the kitchen/living area. The modern kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, electric hob, water cooler, kettle and toaster. There is a dining area with seating for 6 people.

The lounge area is comfortable and incorporates a sofa, coffee table and smart TV with Firestick which is configured for UK TV channels. Full length doors in both the kitchen and living room area which open outside onto the terrace and pool area.

Also on the ground level is a WC and laundry area with washing machine.

First Floor
Located on the first floor are two en-suite double bedrooms, both sharing a furnished sea view balcony.

Top Floor
The top floor of Villa JoJo is dedicated to a twin en-suite room opening out onto a sea view balcony. The beds can be pushed together if needed to form a double bedroom. Please note, as there is an apex roof, height restrictions apply in places.

Outside Villa Jojo
Villa JoJo boasts a pool with Roman steps for easy access. There are plenty of sun loungers, and pool towels provided for guest use, and parasols for all guests.

The pool terrace has a covered dining area with seating for 6 guests, including sink unit, outside fridge and a BBQ (charcoal not provided). There is also an ample and comfortable seating area off to one side, offering a lovely area to relax.

For anyone with a car, there is a gated driveway.
