Located within the Broughton Sanctuary Estate, the farmhouse is handily located close to stunning walks and cycle paths as well as a nature reserve, acres of woodland and unforgettable outdoor dining experiences. You can also do wild swimming and a large number of other wellness activities through the estate if you’d like to.

We’re pet friendly and thoroughly encourage you to bring your furry friends to enjoy some of the best countryside around. You can also bring along the family, your friends or work colleagues to come and enjoy our estate.
