About this property
Villa Ippocampo by Wonderful Italy
Charming and comfortable villa with garden and large outdoor spaces overlooking the sea, in the area of Punta Lada, in Porto Rotondo.
Villa Ippocampo is located in a very quiet and private residential setting and boasts a large irregularly shaped garden surrounding the property, composed mainly of Mediterranean bush plants. In this context, the villa spreads over two levels: ground floor and basement accessible by an internal and an external staircase. The entrance to the villa opens onto a very attractive squared courtyard composed of a central part decorated with plants and the surrounding area furnished with tables and chairs. From here, guests will be able to access different areas: a space with a barbecue and wood-burning oven, the living area on the ground floor, the panoramic terrace, and the basement that accommodates the sleeping area.
The living area features an open space characterized by large windows overlooking the terrace and offering a suggestive view of the sea and the island of Mortorio, furnished with sofas, a dining area and access to the independent kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the preparation of delicious meals. An additional dining room completes the ground floor.
The lower floor features the sleeping area and includes seven bedrooms, three with a queen-size bed and four with two twin beds each. A second kitchen with a dining area, a laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and dryer, and five bathrooms (some with shower and others with bathtub) complete the layout.
The highlight of the villa is the beautiful and large panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, furnished with a large dining table and benches, and several lounging areas with sofas and armchairs.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
