Quiet Cottage, 2 Blocks from Town Center
Located 2 blocks from the center of town and the fast ferry, near the monument in a very quiet neighborhood. 2 level, 2 bedrooms (Q/Q) upstairs with 1 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher with dining area and sun room with sleeper sofa, living room with fireplace and sleeper sofa, vaulted ceilings in bedrooms with ceiling fans, hardwood floors, deck and garden. Linens provided. Washer and dryer in basement. Water and monument views. Cable TV, DVD, stereo. Parking for 2 cars. Modern structure, all newly furnished.
Due to recent changes in Massachusetts tax law, there is now a total of 14.45% state and local taxes to be applied to the rental fee. This is not yet set up on Homeaway for collection, so until that is done, the tax would be collected separately at the time of check-in.
