The villa has an area of 200 m² and is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a stylish living room and dining room, while on the 1st floor you will find the bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen, and the entire space is exceptionally flowing and bright, ideal for socializing and gathering larger groups of people. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a variety of meals, while the kitchen island is ideal for serving food and drinks. The dining table seats up to 8 people. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. All rooms are air conditioned.

On the 1st floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms also have access to the balcony. All rooms are modern, bright and airy.

The property of Villa Moia extends over 500 m² and consists of a terrace with a swimming pool and a lawn. On the terrace there is a sitting and relaxing area, a sunbathing area and an indispensable wellness area. What do you prefer? Swimming in the pool? Relaxing with a drink in the hydromassage pool?
