The house consists of two bedrooms airconditioned with Daikin devices,one master bedroom with the bathroom within and a second bedroom with the bathroom outside. Both bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers. Every room is equipped with a TV set and so is the living room with a satellite antenna and Netflix. There is also a mezzanine with a double bed and a small study underneath with the router for the internet installed. In case of babies a cradle can also be provided.
The kitchen is together with the living room (also airconditioned with Daikin), in a retro style with all domestic appliances and utensils ,that is refrigirator, microwave oven, electric oven, ceramic rings and gas rings -for a more traditional way of cooking- and various other electric appliances . What is more the water is drinkable since a specific tap has been installed that via osmosis cleans and purifies the water. It is the small tap over the kitchen sink next to the tap. This means that you do not need to be buying bottles of water from the supermarkets or elsewhere. The dining table is right in front of the small kitchen island. The washing machine is installed outside the house next a metallic ladder and an extra freezer is installed right by the entrance door.
There are actually three patios, the main one with the small swimming pool, the relaxing hammock and the pretty spacious dining table, and the other two smaller ones in front of each room all with a view to the deep blue sea.
The metallic ladder takes you up to the roof with two seabeds from where you can admire even more the deep blue of the sea. Yet it is not recommended for children to visit on their own as it may turn out to be dangerous. There is a Caution sign right at the bottom of the ladder.
At the far end of the land is the area with young olive trees, a vineyard of 130 roots and the garden is next to the house with tomatoes,cucumbers onions,zucchinis(courgettes), eggplants(aubergines), lettuce, peppers, melons, watermelons along with various herbs such as basil, pepppermint, parsley, rosemary etc that you are more than welcome to consume.
The gardener will be coming every other day in order to water all the plants and the swimming pool man will be coming once a week to take care of the swimming pool. There will be a notice of their visits well in advance. The cleaning lady will be coming every afternoon at around 5 to take care of the cleaning of the house etc. You can alway contact me in case you need something.
