Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. Great location

This was our first time visiting Created Butte so we wanted to experience the town. The location couldn’t have been better. Also short walk to bus stop for transportation to the mountain. Place was small but was cozy and met all our needs.

Ski trip

The perfect stay in the butte. Clean, close to Elk Ave, close to the bus stops and anywhere in town you wanted to go on foot. No need to rent a car. Will be back, just not soon enough.

Great place to visit!

We so appreciated our stay here! The location is so close to so much - our 7 yr old had no problem walking to the grocery store or to dinner. The place is clean and comfortable and the hosts were fabulous and so helpful with any questions! We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment downtown

We were coming from three different towns and had three cars. When asked about parking it was immediately assumed that we were partiers and were warned that wouldn't be tolerated before we even checked in. Street parking is available right in front and not a big deal. This property is in a great location, only a block off the Elk Ave. Easy walk to all shops and restaurants and bars. Great little kitchen and nice beds. A kitchen floor tile was broken, apparently during our stay, and we were charged extra for this. It is an apartment in a four unit building and the owner lives directly next door with same entryway access,

Exceptionally Convenient Location

We spent the week at the appartment with friends to ski and experience the town of Crested Butte. Pete was a great host and the place was perfect for our visit. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in the unit was clean and working. The unit is on the bottom floor and we could hear some noise from the top unit at times. It wasn't an issue for us, but something you should be aware of.The town shuttle bus stop is less than 2 blocks away, which made commuting to the mountain a breeze. We also walked everywhere we went in town, leaving our vehicles parked at the appartment. I would seek this appartment out again for a future visit to Crested Butte.

cozy and convenient

Just a block from shops and restaurants on Elk Ave and short walk to catch the town shuttle to Mountaineers Square. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the board game selection was unmatched. Thanks for making this space available!

Thanksgiving in CB

The property was wonderful. The weather was very wintery to say the least. It snowed about 2 1/2 feet our first two days there, followed by some incredibly cold temperatures (-10 overnight). The unit stayed warm and comfortable throughout our stay, lots of blankets throughout the unit, also, Somebody shoveled snow everyday and a plow kept the parking spaces clear. Even though we were on the second floor, the steps had heated pads and we never felt that it was unsafe. What few questions we had were addressed almost immediatley by Pete.

We really enjoyed staying at Pete and Shari's place! It was so cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed every minute. The selection of family games is a really great amenity as well. A big thank you to our hosts! We'll be back.

Great to be back!

We love Crested Butte and this was our second time staying at Pete’s apartment. The spot is perfect for us and our 2yo. The location can’t be beat. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Lovely place and time of year

The kitchen is excellent for cooking and we especially enjoyed the deck in the afternoons after our hikes. The apartment is better than the photos are able to capture.

Cozy and convenient apartment in downtown

The apartment is located just a block from the main business area. Parking is on site. The apartment is furnished with many nice thoughtful touches. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and has a good supply of both stoneware and unbreakable dishes. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing start to our wedding week!

My fiancé and I kicked off our wedding week at Pete's property and we were blown away. He left us the sweetest welcome gift congratulating us on our wedding and everything at their home was lovely! Their home was cozy, comfortable, and everything we needed. Our favorite part was the outdoor area! The location and proximity to Elk Ave was to die for, we enjoyed being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, etc. My now husband and I both agreed we will be staying here again when we come back to Crested Butte :) Definitely stay here!!

Wonderful Location

Loved this VRBO in CB! First off, you can’t beat the location. We loved being able to walk to town every day and explore the different restaurants, shops, and vendors. Second, the place is quaint, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you could need. We loved the deck with fairy lights and Adirondack chairs. A perfect VRBO for our family of 4. Would definitely book again!

Early August

I initially reserved this apartment for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It would have been perfect for us, but due to unforeseen circumstances I was solo and had plenty of room! I was there to participate in the Arts Fair the first weekend of August which is a beautiful time of year to view wildflowers. The location is super convenient for anything in the city. Hope to stay here again with my family!

Wonderful location in town

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfy apartment. The location was excellent so close to Elk St and all the shops and restaurants in town and our favorite coffee at Camp4coffee and Third Bowl Ice cream at TinCup. The unit was well equipped and just the right size for our family of four with two tween/teens. We would happily stay again and the only thing that would make it better would be a designated (for the unit we rented only) private outdoor seating area for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon/evening drinks. The yard is pleasant with some shared seating areas we were able to enjoy.
