The villa has two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with TVs, air conditioning and spacious wardrobes. One of these bedrooms includes a full bathroom with an en-suite shower, while the second bathroom, also equipped with a shower, bidet and hairdryer, serves the other bedroom and the guests of the third bedroom.

The third bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests, with a single bed and a trundle bed that can comfortably accommodate two more people. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and ceramic hob.

The entire house has fibre optic Wi-Fi, ensuring a fast and stable connection in all areas. Bed linen and a set of bathroom towels plus pool towels are provided for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and carefree stay.

Strategically located, the villa is just a 5-minute drive from the Marina Rubicón and the beautiful Papagayo beaches, known for their crystal-clear waters and golden sands. In addition, the charming Playa de Las Coloradas is just a 15-minute walk away, ideal for walks and outdoor activities.
