Spacious Stylish 4-BR Modernist Apartment

TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of €6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights. Please note that, as per the new regulations effective May 1st, 2025, the tourist tax has increased to €9.35 per adult (over 17 years old), per night, for a maximum of seven nights.

LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: €40
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: €60

EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a €40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).

LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us and we will let you know if it's possible.
No Smoking: The apartment is NO SMOKING throughout and smoking is permitted only on the terrace/balcony. Failure to comply with this is subject to a penalty fee (between €100 and the full deposit amount).

Neighbors: Please not that this is a residential building where families and people working the next day live. Any disturbance (shouting, excessive noise, etc.) will not be tolerated. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. If we receive a phone call complaining about bad behavior, you will be asked to leave the apartment. In certain cases we will also charge the full security deposit as a penalty.

Guests: Please note that the lease of the apartments is for people who checked in. Any extra guests that arrive after check-in are not allowed. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit.

AC: Please do not leave AC on when you leave the apartment. Also, when you turn the AC on, please close all windows. Excess utilities usage will be charged to the guest.

Conduct: The guest must keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. Also, please use the towels and beddings for their intended uses only. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Excessively dirty towels and/or improperly used will be charged to the guest.

Cleaning: The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning. The guest must take out the trash and dispose of it in the proper containers available outside the building. Kitchen must be left tidy. Dishes must also be cleaned, you may load the dishwasher and start a washing cycle upon departure. If these conditions are not met or the apartment is left in messy conditions, we reserve the right to re-charge the cleaning fee.

Keys: Keys of the apartment need to be left in the apartment on the table on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise. Every missing set of keys is subject to €50.00 additional charge. Please DO NOT leave the keys in the key lock on the inside – this may prevent us from entering the apartment. If that’s the case, we will charge a penalty fee.

Check-in: We only arrange one check-in per booking. Upon check-in, please pay attention to our representative explaining all the relevant features of the apartment and ask all the relevant questions you might have. If we have to revisit the apartment for anything due to the guest’s fault, there is a surcharge of €30.00 to be applied. Please note that if this occurs outside office hours, the late check-in fees are also applicable (8pm to 10pm: €40.00, 10pm to 11pm: €60.00).

Check-out: The regular check-out time is by 11am, unless previously agreed otherwise. Failure to comply with this rule and causing any delays in our cleaning schedule is subject to a penalty fee depending on the gravity of the situation. We reserve the right to charge half of or the full daily rate as a penalty.
