Pheasant’s Hollow at Harrogate
Newly renovated traditional English third floor Victorian apartment with many original features and a boutique edge. One of Harrogate’s historic Victorian buildings situated a one minute walk from the beautiful stray and a ten minute walk to the Yorkshire Showground.
Being in central Harrogate we have a host of amenities on our doorstep. Easy walking distance to the boutique shops and restaurants including Betty’s Tea room, Yorkshire Showground, Turkish Baths and all the lovely attractions Harrogate has to offer.
Quiet neighbourhood with coffee shops and café bars
The Space
Entrance to the rear of the property then into the apartment up the sweeping Victorian staircase complete with traditional tartan runner and beautiful paintings. Up to the first landing with large cupboard to remove your shoes and hang your coat.
The top landing/dining area
You will find a stunning dining table with 6 chairs, the perfect space for entertaining and eating.
Off the landing you will find the master bedroom. A room decorated in British Racing Green with panelling, tartan wallpaper and tasteful shutters on the windows. Featuring an original cast iron fireplace and antique wall lights. The comfy king size sleigh bed with Hampton And Astley high quality Egyptian cotton bedding will ensure you have the best nights sleep. Bedside table, dresser and wardrobe ensure there is plenty of storage available. The antique marble dressing table ensures the perfect space for getting ready with a socket nearby for appliances. A hair dryer is provided for your use and TV for when you would like to relax in bed with a coffee!
The second bedroom consists of two single comfy beds with Egyptian cotton bedding and neutral decoration, bedside table and dresser. Tasteful shutters dress the window.
The lounge space is spacious and traditionally decorated continuing the theme throughout the apartment. The granite open fire gives the perfect ambience after a day out in the countryside Yorkshire has to offer. Smart TV/HDMI port. Antique furniture, oil paintings and décor dresses and continues the traditional countryside theme. The perfect space to relax with a drink on an evening.
Through the further hallway you will find the bathroom. A luxury gold roll top bath is the centrepiece to this room with traditional taps and shower head. The perfect space to relax. The Versace wallpaper and exposed brick creates a hint of elegance and luxury along with marbles floors and counters. The dresser/vanity unit creates the perfect space for getting ready and the luxury art deco wall lights finish the space.
The kitchen area consisting of a newly fitted kitchen, grey larder cupboards, dining island and worktop space finished with quartz surfaces and real wood herringbone flooring creates the perfect cooking space.
