Everything went wrong

This was the property I stayed at, this one had a leak which I was informed of, on Tuesday and they changed it. Then on the way to Manchester I was informed that property was unavailable as well, meaning I got a third property. Worse thing that one was double booked and instead of staying by myself and my friend, we had a random person which caused his anxiety to trigger and leave early, as the thought of sharing a building with no locks wreaked him.

At the last moment our booking was cancelled and we were offered a further out alternative. This took a day to arrange and we had very poor directions. So, we wasted a great deal of our first day. There were marks on bed linen that looked like blood and the work surfaces was dirty...the cloth was black when we wiped it. The floor had crisps and everything was mucky.Tgere was a tobacco puch in the fridge that contained somethibg disgusting. We asked for it to be cleaned they refused. I have to say given the service we've had this was the worst experience we had with a property.
