This brand new chalet (2024) is designed, built and decorated according to the latest standards, drawing on the traditional craftsmanship and materials of the Chamonix Valley. The charm of an old chalet with the utmost modern comfort. From every room, as well as from the terrace, it offers a magnificent, breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc mountain range. Located at the entrance of the hamlet of Coupeau, a quiet and sought-after area for its beautiful views and sunshine.
Chalet 1000 like a thousand metres, it is accessible \'on foot\' from the SNCF train station, an ideal starting point for the Tour du Mont Blanc, whose GR trail runs along the property.
Come and admire the view from the terrace where it will be nice to dine after a day of skiing or hiking and after relaxing in the sauna.

Large table seating 10 people. Another table seating 10 people (with 10 chairs) will be available for you on the terrace, in extension of the living room, open to the view... if the season allows! Sun loungers will also be available on this terrace.

The large entrance, widely open to the Mont Blanc mountain range, is a true relaxation area equipped with an exercise bike and a TV corner for the children.
An adjoining ski room is equipped with a ski boot and glove dryer

Located in Coupeau, the quietest and best-oriented place you could dream of for your holidays.

The town of Les Houches is a small town 6 km from Chamonix. The main road is full of delicious restaurants that we have listed in the guides we have provided you with.
