Welcome to our Superb apartment! This lovely, bright, spacious home features two double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private patio, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your favourite meals. Enjoy the private patio for some fresh air and relaxation. The apartment boasts an internal staircase and a ground-floor entrance. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 4 people.

An impressive internal glass staircase leads to the lower ground floor and adds a touch of elegance to the space.
Lower Ground Floor:
- Living Area: Features a dining table and 4 chairs, a cosy sofa, an armchair and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, and fridge freezer. This area also provides access to a private patio and includes
- Toilet with washing machine
- Ensuite Bedroom with ample storage space.
All windows have double glazing, and the apartment boasts underfloor heating with individual temperature controls for each room. Additionally, the bedrooms are comfortably carpeted for added warmth and comfort.
The building has double gate access codes and CCTV in communal areas.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- PLEASE NOTE! Parties are strictly forbidden, and only the guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment.
- PLEASE NOTE! A sound detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building for an added layer of security.
- PLEASE NOTE: Kentish Town tube station will be closed until summer 2024.
- PLEASE NOTE: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for £8 per night upon request.
