Lovely lady who owns the property met us upon arrival and showed us round. We have used many home let’s in the past and I think I’m used to homes which are pretty much used for renting only rather than ‘lived in’ and rented out ‘.as and when’. It’s not that I want to rate it poor as it all depends upon taste. I like good quality bedding and pillows, the cat woke us up at 5/7am on both days so very disturbed, the carpets and rugs very ‘old’. Like I said a nice lady, it’s her home but I have different expectations when paying to rent accommodation.

About the host
Hosted by Katalin Rapai
I'm a Hungarian British citizen. I am really into holistic well being, love spirituality, science. Nature is my shelter but I also love the vibe of beautiful bars and architecture. Meeting new people from all over the world is kind of a London thing anyway so why not to make friends in my house and home. :-)
Why they chose this property
Battersea is a unique blend of family friendly atmosphere but also feels like " not in London". Since the Power Station opened to public the vibe became of the mixture of liveliness and buzz but with the magnificent park it's simply perfect combination for moving walks and evening buzz. The city is perfectly accessible but gives enough space to enjoy time for being in chill.
What makes this property unique
This house is with garden access and with free parking. Just enough big to be together but find some own space. Open enough to enjoy cooking, dining but sheltered enough for privacy. I'm proud of my homely sense of decorating my home. It's arty and warm just what I love and just how I feel.
