Holly Cottage has two double bedrooms serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. There's an external utility with a washer/dryer. There's a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, small AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer, hairdryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There's a living/dining room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for a woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there's an enclosed garden with raised terrace and furniture, lawned area, patio with furniture and barbecue. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Parking permit for one car. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Enjoy a seaside retreat at Holly Cottage. Note: There's a step up into the kitchen. Note: There are three steps up one of the bedrooms.
