About this property
Bramley Cottage at Cann Orchard
A delightful semi-detached cottage with a cosy kitchen, lavish roomy bathroom and leafy green outlook.
Bramley Cottage is 1 of 3 renovated cottages at the tranquil farmstead of Cann Orchard just 2 miles from the North Cornish Coast. Also home to an ancient apple orchard, ponds, wooded gardens and a wonderful variety of bird and wildlife.
The space
Cann Orchard is a historic farmstead & Orchard nestled amongst sheltered and unspoiled countryside, alive with birds & wildlife.
There is ample walking at the property through the orchard, wooded gardens and the old canal towpath with a further 17.5 acres of river meadows just across the quiet lane.
The picturesque village of Marhamchurch and the historic town of Stratton are less than 1 mile along quiet country lanes - each offering a traditional pub and a village shop. The rugged North Cornish coast and famous coastal path are within easy reach.
The sympathetically renovated Coach House Cottages are beautiful and simple in design, with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, tumbled limestone floors, & carefully curated furnishings. Well equipped kitchens have been consciously designed to encourage the comforts of home cooking.
Each cottage has an enclosed garden and there is also a communal decking area overlooking the pond with ceramic egg BBQ & outdoor dining area.
Cann Orchard cottages offer an idyllic base for sea swimmers, surfers, walkers, cyclists & nature lovers to explore our incredible North Cornish landscape.
All linen including towels are provided.
Cot & high chair available on request.
Dogs welcome, we just ask for a small additional cleaning fee.
