Down the few steps from the kitchen is a small toilet and the door leading to the private garden with hot tub and dinning set for four.

Next level down you will find two bedrooms and the bathroom and the cupboard washer/dryer combo.

First bedroom has a king bed, big build in wardrobe and desk.

Second bedroom has super king zip and link bed, small build in wardrobe and chest of drawers and desk with mirror over it.

On the top floor there is a second bedroom with en-suit and super king zip and link bed that is always set up as 2 single but it can be made in to a super king bed by request.
