Celebrating the unique, whilst being inspired by its traditional roots, this former farm dairy shed is the perfect combination of modern living with a rustic twist. Complete with bespoke features and sumptuous furnishings, this luxurious abode will be loved by all. Offering a magical ‘den' for younger guests and a bubbling hot tub inviting you to indulge in utter relaxation under twinkling night skies.

Immerse yourself in the character of this enchanting hideaway, complete with exposed stone walls, vaulted ceilings, rustic tin sheeting and exposed roof trusses. The whole space is a work of art, exuding exceptional interior design. Walk through the archway to be welcomed into the open plan living area. Here, you will find a plush sofa, oak furnishings and a full HD Smart Television which enables you to access your own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and Apple TV, for cosy nights in. There is a dining table with seating for four guests and a superbly equipped kitchen area offering a L'OR coffee machine, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Feature lighting completes the space, incorporating an 18th century carved milk maid carrier and old-fashioned milk bottles infusing every corner with nostalgia and warmth.

To the right of the entrance hall, discover ‘the den' and the main bedroom. The main bedroom is a haven of relaxation, boasting a luxurious king-size bed and a wall-mounted television perfect for leisurely lie-ins. Silver corrugated sheets line the back wall of the bedroom, with a feature stained glass window, adding to the character of the space. The sleek ensuite shower room is just perfect for freshening up after a day at the beach. It comes complete with a dual head electric shower, large vanity unit, LED mirror with demister pad, bluetooth connection, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC. The lovely owners also provide fluffy robes and slippers, ensuring your evenings are extra cosy.

Next, head into the ‘den', a magical haven for younger guests. Here, you will find a single bed with a wall-mounted Smart Television and stairs leading to the mezzanine level with two mattresses. Please note, there is restricted head room, so the mezzanine is only suitable for children under the age of twelve. There is a fixed stair gate at the bottom of the stairs for your use. The den also has an ensuite wet room with a shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside, you have a lovely enclosed patio area, offering the luxury of a bubbling hot tub, charcoal barbecue and a small garden table with chairs seating four guests. Alfresco moments are utterly enchanting here. Once the little ones have settled into their ‘den', pop open a bottle of fizz and soak in the heavenly hot tub under starlight.

Snuggled amid the picturesque landscape of rural Cornwall, The Old Dairy is settled on the site of Penbroath Retreats. Here, you have the added luxury of a shared indoor heated swimming pool. The Pool House is a converted former farm shippon and now has a wonderful spa-like feel with calming aromas, ambient lighting and piped music. You'll also find a convenient ‘dog wash' station on site, for washing off sandy pooches and muddy paws. Finally, you'll have access to the communal laundry room which offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, general washing facilities and even a beachwear/wetsuit wash and drip dry station, there is also some beach equipment in the laundry room for your use - preparing you for every adventure! These are shared facilities with The Corner Cottage and The Hay Loft.
