About this property
Eco-Friendly Stay in Lake District
If you value eco-friendliness while travelling, just like us, this is the place for you. Here you can experience a perfect blend of comfort and sustainability in a home away from home that is just 40 minutes drive from Windermere Lakes. We chose sustainable practices so we can raise awareness in the short term accommodation industry.
The house embrace the theme of calm and the sea, inspired by it’s location on the coast of Cumbria, in Barrow-in-Furness. We curated the whole stay for the regular traveller who seek the commodity and comfort of their own beloved home when travelling. We provide all the utilities you might need to cook a meal in the kitchen and a separated dinning area/living room where everyone can hang out together. We chose an uncluttered approach yet we paid attention to the details so you can feel good when you stay with us.
Enjoy a hot coffee in the mornings (biodegradable pods), or a cup of our selected organic tea. Our linen is another feature, as they are sustainably made of bamboo and have an amazing cool feeling to it for a great night sleep. Use the shower gel, hand soaps, washing liquids with peace of mind as they are eco-friendly just like our cleaning products and practices.
So whether you are local or you are coming from abroad, just on holidays or on a work related trip, our positive vibe place is an excellent base for exploring Lake District and it’s natural beauty. By choosing to stay with us, and by making conscious choices while travelling, you are contributing to environmental protection and the support of local businesses.
