The Coach House in Holcombe, Devon sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.
The Coach House consists of a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a living/dining room with TV, wood-burning stove, and dining table with seating for eight, a conservatory/dining room with dining table with seating for six, and a study with table football, books, TV, and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size and three second-floor doubles, all with en-suite walk-in showers. There is a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is a rear terrace with decking and furniture and designated parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and beach 0.4 miles, shop 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enjoy a splendid retreat at The Coach House.

Town: The historic, seaside town of Teignmouth is situated in South Devon on the mouth of the Teign estuary and boasts a working harbour, sandy beach, Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre and sea activity centre. The seaward side of the town is known as ‘the Den’ and has elegant Georgian buildings, a large public area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a miniature lighthouse. On the opposite side of Teignmouth are fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of the village of Shaldon and the hills of Dartmoor can be seen. Teignmouth also hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, whilst both the town and Shaldon hold annual carnivals and water regattas. If you decide to venture further afield, there is plenty to see and do close to Teignmouth including; the stunning Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter, plus the nearby harbour towns are well worth exploring.
