- Check-in time is 4PM & Check-out time is 10AM.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No nuisance to neighbours.
- No parties or celebrations. Keep quite after 10PM until 6AM.
- Please do not walk with shoes over the carpet.
- Please clean up all your utensils and cutlery in kitchen.
- If you would like to change position of dining table and chairs or tea table please lift them up by at least 2 people and move instead of dragging.
- Landlord has belongings in the property locked up in a room which guests has no access but if needed (rarely) landlord has right to access with prior notice to guests.
- Dispose all rubbish in the bins provided outside the house.
- Use food waste bin if needed.
