A cosy, stylish and spacious home in the middle of a sleepy, leafy street in one of north London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. What’s not to love? This four-bedroom oasis is a veritable home-away-from-home, perfect for families keen for an authentic London getaway in quaint Golders Green.

After a short walk from Golders Green tube station, this fabulous home awaits near the end of its quiet street. Walk up the path and cross the threshold to be formally introduced – and the living room forms the first impression, on the right as you enter. Illuminated by the big bay windows, the plush sofas beckon you in with promises of comfort and relaxation, while a botanical theme presents itself with an array of indoor plants scattered around the room.

Further down the hallway, a sleek bathroom presents itself, complete with a shower, toilet and wash basin. Opposite, you’ll find yourself in the formal dining room, which features a light timber dining table for six that can be easily extended to accommodate more. A less formal breakfast table is nearby, which sits adjacent to the impressive kitchen – awash with light and oozing poise and style, this kitchen is a sight to behold. Featuring all the amenities you’ll need, including a coffee machine, microwave and an air fryer, budding chefs will love working in here.

Enjoy the direct sunlight from the nearby doors leading to a small balcony complete with a table for al fresco dining, which in turn leads to the beautiful private garden. Boasting another quaint outdoor table and a view of the big towering trees beyond the fence, this is a haven of tranquillity.

At the top of the first flight of stairs, you’ll find the first three bedrooms. The first contains a king-sized bed bathing in the light of the street-facing bay windows and boasting plenty of space, storage and style. The second bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe, as well as a big window facing the garden. The third bedroom hosts two single beds and a desk, with a bedside table in between. You’ll also find the primary bathroom on this floor, complete with a bath with an overhead shower and a wash basin, while a separate WC can be found adjacent.

Ascend the final flight of stairs to find yourself in the endlessly spacious principal bedroom. Taking up the entire top floor, it’s awash in natural light from both sides of the house, and features a super king-sized bed at its centre, as well as its own mini sitting area. There is also an en-suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

WE LOVE
The principal bedroom. It’s got everything – plenty of space, ample natural light and even a couple of armchairs for when you need that moment of solitary relaxation.
